John Wenman Ecological Consultancy is an independent company offering expert ecological advice to clients in the public and private sectors. We can assist with a wide range of ecological surveys and assessments, habitat management, and the development of mitigation and compensation schemes for protected species. All of our work is carried out by experienced and qualified ecologists, complies with the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management's (CIEEM) code of conduct and follows recognised best practice guidance, underpinned by an in-depth understanding of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy.

We offer advice and planning for a wide range of projects including those requiring BREEAM credits, Landscape Ecological Managements Plans, Biodiversity Action Plans and more. 

Biodiversity Net Gain

We can guide you through the process to ensure proposed developments meet the mandatory legislative requirements for BNG with feasibility and design reports, including advice for on and off-site deivery.
